• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on 333bid or any related platform. Attempting to register a new account during a self-exclusion period is a violation of these Terms.
• Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You must not register or place bets while under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

333bid reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of 333bid services, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and preferred payment method details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333bid login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated tool, bot, or script to interact with the platform.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration and any required verification steps.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 333bid platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any 333bid content without prior written permission.

The 333bid brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of the 333bid brand in any context is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333bid shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, unauthorised account access where the Player has not taken reasonable security precautions, or disruption of service.

333bid provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability.

In all circumstances where 333bid's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 333bid wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 333bid operates.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account decisions, or platform functionality, you should first contact 333bid support at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. 333bid aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedy.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of 333bid must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which the cause of action arose, after which time the claim is permanently barred.
